CATCO Gala, FPC - February 2011
Our experience was very positive with CMC at the CATCO-Phoenix Gala - both on-site and in the planning stages. Everyone that we worked with was flexible, accomidating and creative. Melissa, Jenny and Ashely were great!
Miller Wedding, Darby House - March, 2011
The food was FABULOUS. We received numerous compliments and have continued to receive compliments nearly 2 weeks later from guests. We have also received positive feedback regarding the service staff - specifically how quickly empty plates were cleared and appetizers were distributed. I too would like to emphasis how wonderful the two women behind the bar were - they were extremely friendly, fast to have drinks ready, and attentive to guests. Also, the server who took care of our table and plated meals for my husband and I was also wonderful - very attentive, efficient, and friendly.

The Block breakfast was just wonderful. You have a very dedicated crew and I heard many good things about the breakfast. Everything tasted so fresh!

We wanted to just send a quick note as we are phasing back into the work flow to let you and your entire team know how absolutely grateful Sarah and I are for the picture-perfect ceremony and reception you were so instrumental in planning. Put simply, we are so thankful for helping us throw the classiest, most memorable party in our lives.
The weather tried its best to throw everything off, but Liz and Kristen wouldn't stand for that and everything went off splendidly, professionally and beyond our expectations. I have a giddy bride, and she has a proud husband. Our only regret is that you couldn't be there in person! Here's hoping all is well with you & yours and we look forward to talking again with you soon.

Great job! Thank you SO much for all your help. Everything was wonderful and ran very smoothly. I even said at the end of the night that I felt bad because I hadn't had to do anything, and the Event Manager said "that's how it's supposed to be!" Thanks for everything...you all are awesome!

It was superior service the staff was excellent, Harriet, Jahnna, Rachel Jen who served the appetizers and food were all extraordinary. The food was amazing. I did not get to meet the chefs (Sean, Mark, Crhistopher, and Ian). Brooke who was my coordinator made it so easy for me. She made sure that we had everything we needed. She never lost patience even when I asked something for the 3rd time. I ordered something at the last minute. Eric the on site event coordinator made the entire evening run smooth (like clockwork).

I was extremely impressed by the service and professionalism displayed by all your team. The "vision" of our wedding was met and Kristen did a great job listening to our thoughts and then executing. The entire timeline was smooth. I was really impressed and most of our guests noticed how organized and seamless the operation was. I'm super happy and I'm hard to please...
We came to Cameron Mitchell after severing ties with our previous caterer in mid September, 1 month out from the wedding.
Kristen Hinshaw jumped in and took what was an extremely stressful time for us and made it so smooth. She provided immediate responses and we knew immediately that we made the right decision in reaching out to Cameron Mitchell to save the day. You have a very valuable employee in Kristen, she was wonderful!
I would also like to recognize Ashley who took charge once Kristen left, she was constantly right where we needed her to be. She seemed to appear before I even knew I had a question and was right there with the answer.
The whole team that was there for our wedding was incredible, please give them a huge round of applause. THANK YOU!

The wait staff was absolutely amazing! Numerous guests of the wedding have expressed to us how pleased they were with not only the food, but the service as well. Brooke Dowler was an outstanding coordinator. She was easy to get along with, prompt when responding to emails/questions, and made the "big day" flow smoothly. I will highly recommend the Darby House and Cameron Mitchell Catering to future brides and grooms

Our event coordinator, Liz, was amazing as was the service staff. The decor was a perfect match to our decor. Everyone was friendly and professional and went out of their way to meet our needs. The food looked and tasted great. Very pleased with the help during the event.

Board of Directors Dinner - Battelle - November 2010
The staff that cater our event are outstanding. They have to work with unknown schedules ... starting early or starting late ... and they handle themselves with great poise. I have not heard any complaints about the food, presentation, service, etc. since I have been arranging these meetings (a year now) ... and in our organization ... no comments are great. We only hear things when they have complaints. Keep up the good work.

"I had such a great experience with one of your catering teams during this year’s Memorial Golf tournament; I wanted to write to you directly and thank you. Four days of lunches, hors d’oeuvres and two good sized dinners, all at my home on the 14th green of the Muirfield Village golf course has made me feel like your awesome team are members of my family!
I have been entertaining at the tournament for 10 years and utilized several caterers. Deciding to use Cameron Mitchell for the first time this year (why I waited so long, I do not know!) “raised the bar” and exceeded my high expectations. I expected the food to be quality and delicious – and it was. Where I was most impressed was with every member of the team that pulled this off seamlessly. Listed below, they were all so obviously well trained and professional. Their attitude, friendliness and willingness to help were at a level and consistency I have never seen. This is especially impressive, given how hard they worked, under difficult conditions. They made our guests feel special and I received many compliments. Also, I have never seen clean up each day like they provided. All areas were cleaner each day than the first day they arrived.
Their willingness to go the extra mile was wonderful. I lost count of how many times I heard “May I help you – what can I do?” I am convinced Seth Warren, our Chef would have washed windows had I asked him to!
I have always wondered what the secret to your constant success in a difficult business is – certainly the food has to be optimal but I now realize a key is customer service – at a level no one else provides.

Our dinner on Tuesday evening at the Columbus Museum of Art was truly a delightful culinary experience, only to be matched by a fantastic lunch the following day at the Franklin Park Conservatory. The food was fabulous, and the service was impeccable.

“Everything was absolutely fabulous! My mother in law said it was the best turkey she's ever had. Everything heated up nicely and tasted great. It was so nice not having to stress about making dinner. If we stay in town next year, we will definitely give you a call. We were actually able to enjoy the holiday for once!
