Melissa Johnson Director of Catering Year Joined CMR: 1997 Previous Experience: Melissa has worked in the hospitality field since the age of 16. She first worked at the Refectory Restaurant for eight and a half years before CMR. First Melissa started at Martini as an Assistant Manager, then was promoted to General Manager of Martini, and finally promoted to Director of Catering in 2001. |

Jennifer James Catering Sales Manager Year Joined CMR: 2011 Previous Experience: Prior to joining CMC in 2011, Jenny worked for 11 years at Vito’s Catering. She started with Vito’s while attending college at the Ohio State University. In 2005, she was part of the team that opened Cotters Restaurant in the Arena District. Jenny has been planning events both onsite and throughout the city ever since. |

Mike Redcay Senior Manager (Darby House) Year Joined CMR: 2006 Previous Experience: Mike has worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years. He has worked in restaurants, hotels and for three years as a Flight Attendant, both domestically and internationally. Mike has always been in the service industry except for six months in 2006 where he taught science for COSI at Ohio elementary schools. |

Kristen Hinshaw Senior Catering Sales Manager Year Joined CMR: 2007 Previous Experience: Prior to joining CMR, Kristen spent eight years in the research field working at Battelle for five years, and OSU Medical Center for three years. Apart from her research experience, Kristen worked part-time in the restaurant industry for 15 years. |

Kate Brooks Sales Manager (Darby House) Year Joined CMR: 2009 Previous Experience: After graduating from Otterbein College with a degree in marketing, Kate joined Schmidt Hospitality as an Event Coordinator for their three company brands: The Darby House, Schmidt’s Catering, and Raymond Memorial. In July 2009, she joined CMR when CMC took over operations at the Darby House. |

Jamie Kline Executive Chef Year Joined CMR: 1995 Previous Experience: Jamie began his Culinary career at The Refectory in 1994. He started with CMR in 1995 at Cap City. He then worked at Cap City, Martini, Mitchell’s Steakhouse and has been with catering since 2002. |

Jay Ingram Executive Sous Chef Year Joined CMR: 2001 Previous Experience: Jay has been a Sushi Chef at Molly Woo’s and a Line Cook at M. Jay was then promoted as a Lead Trainer at M prior to receiving his catering Sous Chef promotion. |

Chase Flinn Sous Chef Year Joined CMR: 2009 Previous Experience: After graduating culinary school in 2004 from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute - Chase moved to Florida where he worked at the Registry Resort and Club. After a year in Florida he decided to move back to Ohio and got a job working as Line Cook at Handke’s Cuisine. Chase moved on from line work back into his true passion of catering and landed a job at Shane’s Catering where he stayed for 6 years. In 2009, Chase joined the Cameron Mitchell Catering company and was promoted to Sous Chef in October 2010. |
